With two grandchildren in the Dartmouth class of 1991, Warren Daniell became the progenitor of nine Dartmouth graduates, three sons and six grandchildren. The '9l grandchildren are Zia C. Daniell, Exeter, N.H., and Derek T. Yegian, Colorado Springs.

IZia, daughter of Samuel H. Daniell '52, majored in geography modified with environmental studies, captained the women's squash team and chaired Tri-Delta sorority. She is now working in Budapest on a Dartmouth faculty project.

Derek, son of Betsy Daniell, Mt. Holyoke '59, and her deceased husband, Charles Yegian, Amherst '59, is a presidential scholar who graduated cum laude with honors in engineering. He worked on the development of the Dartmouth solar-powered automobile which he drove in the annual Tour de Sol, competing with cars from other educational institutions. He will enter post-grad engineering studies at University of California, Berkeley.

Most sorrowfully, '22 has lost two fine members from its class family. Mrs. James Craffey of Wilton, Conn., reported that her father, Eric Carl Malmquist, eminent citizen of Norwalk, Conn., and principal emeritus of its high school, passed away at Norwalk Hospital on June 14.

Louise Olsen, widow of classmate and dean emeritus of Tuck School Herluf V. Olsen, passed away June 22 in Concord, Mass. She will always be remembered for her graciousness, hospitality, and loyalty as a 1922 lady.
