Twenty-five people attended the 70th Reunion of 1922 on Commencement weekend, June 12-14.The group of honored guests included seven alumni, six 1922 ladies, five '22 sons who are Dartmouth alumni, and seven other welcomed affiliates.

The alumni were Ray Atwood, MaiClarke, Haskell Cohn, Warren Daniell,Carroll Dwight, Herm Oliver, and LenMorrissey. The '22 ladies: Doris AtwoodHarriet Cohn, Nan Dwight, AmaliaGreenwood, Nancy (Hoyt) Langbein, and Margaret Morrissey. The '22 Dartmouth sons: Peter Dwight '54, Jere Daniell'55, Mai Clarke Jr.'57, Len Morrissey Jr.'47, and Andy Oliver'50.

Some reunion highlights: the participation of adopted classmate President Emeritus JohnKemeny and his wife, Jean; similarly, that of Vice President Emeritus Orton Hicks '21, traditional mentor for 1922; the presentation by Warren Daniel of a $50,000 class check to President James Freedman for the 1922 Alumni Fund; and the customary 1922 reunion after dinner talk by Professor Jere Daniell.

Twoters will learn with regret that Carroll Dwight has voluntarily resigned as 1922 treasurer. For 45 years of diligent stewardship he has served the class with prudence and distinction. Twenty-two is fortunate that, with class executive committee approval, Peter Dwight has agreed to succeed his father as outclass treasurer. Sincere thanks and all good wishes to Carroll and to Peter.
