This month brings news of classmates and class business. First off, a message from the Class Treasurers Association tells me that class dues payment is down. In fact, only 48 percent of alumni paid their dues. I have been asked to gently remind you that dues cover the cost of this magazine, the postage for mailing out newsletters, and various class projects. If an additional five percent of alumni would contribute to dues, our classes could be much more active. I encourage your support!
And for all those '88 class officers, one of those "activities" is Class Officers Weekend, which is May 6-7 this year. There will be presentations and workshops mark your calendars!
Enough business. On the class news front, much is coming in from the East. Amy Oh completed medical school in Washington, and has started up her residency in Providence, R.I. Rick Watson is working with Etonic Golf as director of marketing. Mary Choy is working in D.C. for the International Monetary Fund. Kathy Krueger is teaching at Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, N.H., and is coaching crew.
Surprisingly, that's all the news for this month. I'll be sending everyone a postcard for news in April, so be on the lookout!
