Green Meals

A whole raft of cook-books were on display in the Treasure Room of Baker Library at the time of the 40th Reunion of the class of 1954, last June 13-16. The centerpiece was the brand new Vox Clamantis and Dessert, containing over 2 00 recipes contributed by members of the class of 1954 (and their spouses), all rounded up by Sandy Gillespie, whose spouse (and sous chef) John was the '54 reunion chairman. The balance of the collection in Baker, cooked up by Special Collections librarian Philip Cronen-wett, emphasized Hanover-grown and College-related cookbooks by a variety of authors.
