Lyons And Tigers And Greens (Oh My!)
In January's sixth annual Epson Ivy Bowl, pitting 43 Ivy football stars against Japanese college and university players in Osaka, Dartmouth's John Lyons coached the U.S. team to a 35-16 victory. Big Green participants were seniors Jeff English, Taran Lent, and Abe Rife. The Ivies have won every game since the series began in 1990.
