Hector Motroni, a 26-year veteran of Xerox Corp., has been named vice president of human resources and quality at the global document processing equipment firm. Hector started his career as an engineer, and spent a number of years in the Xerox Latin America Group before assuming management positions in quality, customer satisfaction, and organizational effectiveness. One of his key initiatives will be to build a more empowered workplace.

Delighted to hear from Terry Ruggles, who followed Dartmouth with grad school at B.U. and work in radio, advertising, marketing, and, for the last 18 years, printing. He and Vanna have been married 30 years and live in Greenfield, Mass., where Terry grew up. Scott, 27, graduated from Hobart and is teaching at Oxford Academy in Westbrook, Conn. Todd, 22, is studying music at Holyoke Community College and plays in a band "getting some notice."

Don Graves is now VP sales and marketing for Artisan House in Mt. Vernon, N.Y., a subsidiary of Decor Group, a decorative accessories manufacturer. Don has held similar positions with Knape & Voyt and Lasco Bathware.

Steve Warhover continues as CEO of Gorton's Seafood. "Quit beefing—eat fish," he advises. He's also on the board of Welch Foods Inc.
