Joe Boldt had a fall which took him out of circulation for some weeks. Improving, he hopes to return to work in a few weeks. Art Schlichter is home recovering from a stroke at 111 E. 60 St., New York, NY 10022. Don Marcus, recovering from shingles, had colon surgery for a benign condition and is now well at Scraggy Neck Road, Box 111, Cataumet, MA 02534. And remember, fellows, under Medicare, even the bills are doctored.
We dined with Dianne and GeorgeBlaesi at their new retirement center in nearby Sun City, and we discussed the joys and sorrows of retirement. Helene and Bob Reinhardt, home in Short Hills, N.J., are well and golfing. Bob said it was a sad spring for Jim Corbett in Venice, Fla., after the loss of his wife, but he has a fine daughter who is a great comfort to him.
