Thayer School Ph.D. candidate Daniel Iliescu received the "Best Student Paper/Presentation" award at the 14th International Ice Symposium. Co-authored with Professor Erland Shulson, the paper was titled "Microscopic Compressive Shear Faults in S2 Columnar Ice."
