The Office of Alumni Relations has sent us word of the deaths of two classmates information belatedly received by them. The first is Charles Edward Morton, who died on December 11, 1996. He is survived by his widow, Dorothy.

The other classmate is Sidney Edward Lenke, who passed away on January 28, 1997. His survivors include his wife, Helen, two daughters, and a son, Roger '68.

The new Hanover-to-Norwich bridge was opened to traffic. As your secretary was driven over the sparkling span, complete with a graceful canoe near the New Hamsphire shore, the thought occurred: "This should be a great boom to New Hampshire-Vermont interstate relations."
