Eight alumni died in the World Trade Center attacks September 11.
Accountant and attorney Brian Dale '80, Tu'81, of Warren, New Jersey, was a passenger on American Flight 11, the first plane flown into the WTC. He was traveling for the New York investment firm Blue Capital Management, which he co-founded. He is survived by wife Louanne Baily and chihdren Jacob, Rachel and Russell.
Three alumni were killed while working at financial services firm Cantor Fitzgerald, located on the upper floors of the north tower, the first tower hit. Juan Cisneros '99, who had been living in New Jersey, was a trader at Cantor Fitzgerald. He is survived by his fiancee, parents Lidia and Alfonso and sister Ana.
Jeffrey Earle LeVeeri '68 of Man has set, New York, was a partner and senior vice president of equity sales at Cantor Fitzgerald. He is survived by wife Christine; children Jeff Jr., Betsy, Andrew, Katie and Meg; brother William '61 and niece Julie '87
Christopher "Dom" Michael Colasanti '90 of Hoboken, New Jersey, worked as a bond trader for Cantor Fitzgerald. He is,survived by wife Kelly Ann and daughters Cara and Lauren.
Investment banker Richard Herron Woodwell '79 of Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey, died in the south tower, where he worked on the 89th floor as senior vice president of Keefe, Bruyette & Woods. He is survived by wife Linda Preston; children Richard Jr., Margaret and Eleanor; brother J.K. and sister Pamela.
Kevin R. Crotty '80 of Summit, Newjersey, died in the south tower; where he. worked on the 104th floor as managing director of the' investment firm Sandler O'Neill & Partners. He is survived by wife Lori and children Megan, Kyle and Sean.
Bank analyst Thomas F. Theurkauf Jr., Tu'81, of Stamford, Connecticut, was killed in the World Trade Center, where he worked as executive vice president of Keefe, Bruyette and Woods. He had recently been named the top bank analyst in the nation by The Wall Street Journal. He leaves wife Robin (Siegel) and sons Thomas, Edward and Charles.
A memorial service was scheduled for October 5 for Kevin P. Connors, Tu'73, of Greenwich, Connecticut. At press time no other details were available. Look for full obituaries and memorialfund information in the next issue of DAM.
