Happy New Year, fellow '72s! Well, it's the home stretch to our 30th so better get out your checkbooks and set your itineraries to meet again in Hanover in June, six (or fewer!) months off from now. Other than wincing as the Mariners lost to the Yankees (yes, I could hear your chuckling across the country, Jon Einsidler!) and bundling up against the rainy early winter, this past fall also marked the start of my new advisory and consulting firm Driva Solutions, LLC, aimed at helping companies create and/or realize customer-centricity (ugh, the buzz words) and customer relationships with new and proven processes and technologies. Bill Schur's keeping us posted with the Alumni Council—well done, Bill. He also reports that Dan Cooperman, Oracles chief legal officer, is still sanguine about the market, and is doing well, hoping to see John DeVierno and Paul Tyson in Washington, D.C., soon. Via Bill, Dan sends his best to roommate Duncan Chisholm. And finally, Bill reports that Phil Cohen is practicing his medicine in Vancouver, British Columbia, and visits Chicago (Boeings new HQ.—a second slap this year for Seattle!) annually. Keep those e-mails coming!
