On Thursday afternoon, December 29, BillParmer '42, our most capable secretary, emceed a luncheon planned by Jim Cobb '53 and his Enrollment Committee at the Ridgewood Country Club honoring 35 local area present and future Dartmouth prospects for the Class of 1965. Dick Grassey '54, PeteKenyon '54 and our President Joe Hickman'48 assisted Seward Weber '50, Assistant Director of Admissions, who came down from Hanover with colored slides. He gave a most interesting commentary on the current and future campus changes, as well as the news that our Math Department was today considered one of the nation's tops. Interest was most keen and impressions most favorable.

We are proud to welcome three new members to the Club: Richard H. Flicker '46 of East Rutherford, Dr. John L. Buchanan '53 of Palisades Park, and Robert L. Comer '55 of Fort Lee.

We doff our green beanies to Bob Allabough '34, our new Vice President, who has taken over for Al Miller '29, who is forced to resign for health reasons. A Wah-Hoo-Wah goes forth to Don Sisson '45, who is our new Corresponding Secretary and also a member of our Board of Trustees.

Big plans are being made by Russ Sigler '30, Chairman of our Program Committee, for our annual Spring Dance for the benefit of the Scholarship Fund to be held March 25 at the Ridgewood Country Club (9 p.m. to 1 a.m.). The John Hofer quintet will furnish music. We're limited to 125 couples, but it will be a gay affair, during which the presentation of a scroll to our "Man of the Year" will be made. Howie Pitts '53 and PeteKenyon '54 are helping Russ finalize these plans to make the dance a tremendous success.
