Steven Dwyer wonders if any classmates or friends of his late father, Charles Dwyer, might have recollections to share. His father roomed with Charlie Sullivan, majored in English lit and played baseball and football for Dartmouth. Steves address: 172 Aspen Road, Swampscott, MA 01907-2156.

Vance Dickerman shares the news that a loan from Dartmouth's Hood Museum was on exhibit in San Diego at the Timken Museum of Art in Balboa Park. Generously funded by Audrey S. Geisel through the San Diego Foundation/ Dr. Seuss Fund in honor of Theodor Geisel '25. The exhibit included: Thomas Sully, Portrait of GeorgeTicknor (1831); Lilly Martin Spencer, Jolly Washerwoman (1831);John Sloan,Back Room of McSorley'sBar (1912); Maxfield Parrish, Hunt Farm at Daybreak (1948); Thomas Ball, Daniel Webster (1853);
