Evette Robinson is attending the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory. "I plan to complete a masters in public health degree in 11 months (it's normally an 18-month program) with a concentration in health management. I had the pleasure of seeing a few Dartmouth folks over the summer including Monika Seiber in N.Y.C., Ivana Chow while on vacation in the S.F. Bay area and Megan Jennings in the greater San Diego area."
Lauren Taggart writes that there is great Dartmouth representation at Johns Hopkins! Heather Parsons, Erin Chiyoko Fuse '99 and Lauren are all in the master of public health program. "We just started our program in July and now we're train buddies...we commute from D.C. to Baltimore together. Melissa Camp has been here for a while—she's a fourth-year med student—and Stacy Sanders is doing a two-year fellowship in health administration at the hospital. Who knew Baltimore was such a Dartmouth destination?!"
One Saturday night found Ryan Moody, Kristin Broms '03, Sue Kloek '03 and Hans "Peach" Hanson in the karaoke bar of a Seattle bowling alley. The crowd was speechless after a heartfelt rendition of "Total Eclipse of the Heart" by Broms, Kloek and Moody. "I really feel the audience connected with what we were trying to achieve with our performance," said Sue, as children continued to weep in the background. Not to be outdone, Hans made his karaoke debut, alongside roommate Kevin Bauer, acting out his favorite song, "I'm Too Sexy." Stunning, in every sense of the word.
