For anyone who has not seen Hanover recently, the construction and changes on North College Street, on Maynard Street down by the former hospital, and beyond the golf course on the east side of Lyme Road are striking. Alan Hall became a grandfather for the seventh time in August 2005. His second son and his wife live in Milton, Massachusetts. A generous contribution by Dick Schribman's widow, Norma, will be used to support the Dartmouth Partners in Community Service project. A note from a fellow Hanoverian, Fran Drury '48, notes a natural gas field for sale near Dallas. The field is named for our deceased classmate Jim Vanderbeek, who spent his career as a petroleum geologist for Amoco and became vice president for exploration and production. Tom Harrington is comfortable in an assisted living community in Agawam, Massachusetts, where he is occasionally in touch with Bob Teaze and David Karukin '48. Deborah Viets Saidy reports the death of her mother, Miriam, widow of Tom Viets, in March of 2005. Her husband is class of' 74 and her daughter, Jalika, is class of 2006. Paul Guilderson has deserted Bow, New Hampshire, for residence in Islamorada in the Florida Keys. Norm Sissman and his wife sold their home in Princeton and moved to a retirement community in Sleepy Hollow, New York.

Our reunion schedule: 2006 mini-reunion, October 13-15, Norwich Inn; 60th reunion, June 11-13,2007.

The sympathy of the class is extended to the families of Patrick McLoughlin, who died on December 14, 2005; Charles Roney, who died June 9,2000; and Russell Pfaff, who died January 15.

Keep in touch.
