Hello '05s! Welcome back, as always, to your Class Notes section! I have to say, this is the first month since graduation that I didn't receive very many updates, and there were no updates sent to me from the Green Card function on our Web site! For those of you who have maybe never been to the Web site or let it fall off your radar, the Web address is www.dartmouth.org/~class05.
Meg Thering wrote to say that Kelly Morr, who lives in L.A. these days, took a trip to the East Coast in April to visit with some friends—it was quite a Dartmouth reunion! She met up with Meg, Jeanne Franzone, Krista Sande-Kerback, Emily Liu and Anna Estrina. Sounds like fun!
Congratulations to Mary Chris DeBelina, who is engaged to Brian Doyle. The pair is planning a wedding for the summer of 2008.
An anonymous '05 tipped me off that Neel Shah was featured on the Internet gossip news Web site gawker.com. Neel was "competing to become Glamour's new sex and relationships advice guy." Check out the gawker column at http:// gawker.com/news/hotties/who-will-be-glamours-new-jake-256869-php. Then make sure you check out Neel's profile on the Glamour Web siteas of writing this Neel was still in the running! Good luck, Neel!
Molly Malone wrote in to say that this fall she's moving from Asheville, North Carolina, where she has been a middle school science teacher, and heading up to Vancouver, where she'll be a graduate student in anthropology at the University of British Columbia. Susie Dain-Owens is also enrolled in the program and has just finished up her first year.
January Moult tells me that she is relocating with her boyfriend Jeremy Martin '07 to Austin, Texas, where she will continue her education in social work and he will work as a high school teacher.
I was just reading the newest edition of DartmouthLife and congratulations are in order for Erin Claire Cage, who was awarded a Fulbright to travel to France and study 18th-century French cultural history.
And, since these were all the notes I was sent this month, I'm afraid I'm going to have to update you on myself! Scott Anderson and I (Sue DuBois) were married on June 23 in California! Being the hip, modern couple that we are, we've changed our last name to AnderBois—you can still call me Sue Du, though. Our wedding was quite the Dartmouth '05 reunion, with Clint Hendler and Dan Hui acting as groomsmen and Sally Newman and Kirstin Ellison looking stunning as bridesmaids! Other fabulous alum attendees included llya Abyzov Josh Harmsen, Tim Milliken, Sylvia Chi, Danielle Ricci, Suhail Ahmad '07, Meredith Esser '03, Meredith Eilers '03, Sarah Hackney '06 and Heather Monley. Thanks for coming everyone!
