Dr. Thomas S. Brown, non-graduate, superintendent of Mary Fletcher Hospital, Burlington, Vt., since September, 1914, has tendered his resignation to the trustees of that institution, as he is about to enter military service in the Medical Reserve Corps with the rank of captain.
