Alexander P. Nelson, Esq., has moved to Santa Ana, California, where he is deputy district attorney for Orange County.

John Barrett retired from the office of director-general of the Pan American Union on September first, and is to establish connections in Washington, New York, Chicago, and other cities as a general counselor and special adviser in international, economic, financial, and cultural relations, based on his twenty-five years' experience in foreign and home service.
