The July, 1919, number of Industrial Management, the Engineering Magazine contained a valuable and interesting article on "Representative Shop Committees America's Industrial Roundtable" by Willard G. Aborn and William L. Shafer. In a note introducing the article the editor says: "Mr. Willard G. Aborn was federal administrator for the National War Labor Board in the Bridgeport district. Employees' committees were installed in thirty-five plants under his direction, and plans in force in some eight or ten other establishments were investigated and approved by him."

Judge Edwin B. Weston of Derry, N. H., represents the class as well as his town in the New Hampshire Constitutional Convention, recently reassembled at Concord after a recess, of eighteen months because of the war.

A. O. Caswell recently received an increase of salary as superintendent of schools in Milford, Mass.
