Warren Choate Shaw '10, assistant professor in the English department, who for several years has been at the head of public speaking instruction at Dartmouth, has resigned to go to Knox College, Illinois, where he will be professor of public speaking and at the head of that work. Professor Shaw has been a member of the faculty since his graduation in 1910, first as instructor and later as assistant professor of public speaking. He is also permanent president of the class of 1910. During his undergraduate days he was prominent as a debater.
