Walter Powers, of the law firm of Sherburne, Powers, and Needham, is now at 19 Congress St., Boston, instead of 15 Congress St. The firm occupies a whole floor at the new location.

Ned French and Ike Paul are endeavoring to give a new lease of life to the Vermont Farm Machine Company of Bellows Falls, Vfc, which has been in financial difficulties for several years. Ned was appointed receiver of the company recently by Judge H. B. Howe of Burlington, and Ike left New York to take up his residence at Bellows Falls as general manager of the company, and is developing the company's washing machine project. It is reported that the new regime has already made considerable progress.

Roy Brackett, who resigned as assistant treasurer of the College, was made professor of business law in the Tuck School, and is practicing law with an office in the Davison Building. Roy and A. B. Gile '17 have purchased the insurance business carried on for many years by Newton A. Frost.

All 1906 men will be glad to know of the recovery of Francis Lane Childs, who is now at home at Henniker, N. H., for the summer. Here's hopijng it will not be long before Francis can take up his work again at Hanover.

Elwood Erickson has left Cleveland, and is now living at 321 West 94th St., New York city.

Max Hartmann has now taken up his residence at 61 Greaton Road, West Roxbury, Mass. Max spent all winter on a construction project in Atlanta, Ga.

Prof. Eric Philbrook Kelly was married July 2 in Portland, Me., to Miss Katharine Collins Merrill of Portland.
