Professor Isaac J. Cox, professor of history in Northwestern University, was the speaker recently through the Daily News Radio Station WMAQ. His subject was Buenos Aires, the talk being described as a radio photologue. As an introduction the Daily News of Saturday, February 14, printed a full page of pictures in the rotogravure section dealing with Buenos Aires and Argentina and including a photograph of Professor Cox.
