ROTARY-CLUB ORGANIZES CHAPTER IN HANOVER

A chapter of the International Rotary Club was started in Hanover at an organization banquet held in the Grill room in College Hall Wednesday night. The 21 charter members of the local chapter include several members of the faculty and a number of alumni of the College.

The following officers were chosen for the first year: President, Dr. John M. Gile; vicepresident, Leonard B. McWhood; treasurer, Perley R. Bugbee; and secretary, Robert W. Elsasser. Additional members of the Board of Directors are Carl C. Ward and Alfred Guyer.

Weekly luncheons of the Hanover Rotary Club will be held each Wednesday at 12:15. A permanent place for these meetings has not been decided upon as yet.
