Frederick J. Allen, who for several years has been one of the teaching staff at Harvard, Department of Education, has published recently a "Harvard Song" dedicated to "The Men of Harvard". This new song has received high commendation from prominent alumni of the University.
Professor and Mrs. Edwin Bell Davis of Rutgers University have announced the marriage of their son, Donald Edwin, to Abby Loraine Hayward at Lunenburg, Mass. Mr. and Mrs. Davis are living in St. Albans, Vt., where Mr. Davis is conducting an apprentice school in the Central Vermont railway shops.
Rev. Ozora S. Davis, D.D., president of the Chicago Theological Seminary (Congregational), was one of three speakers at one of the sessions of "Anniversary Week", the annual gathering of Unitarians, in Boston, on May 25. The subject of the evening was "The Faith and Work that Unite". The other speakers were Rev. Frederic W. Perkins, D.D., of Lynn, Mass., chairman of the Universalist Commission on Church Comity and Unity, and Rev. Francis G. Peabody, D.D., of Cambridge, a Unitarian. Dr. Davis wrote a most interesting article entitled "The Eucharistic Congress as Seen Through the Eyes of a Protestant", which was published in The Outlook for July 7.
