Did you all see the Wah-Hoo-Wah for Edward C. Riley '16 on page ten of the October MAGAZINE? YOU will recall that Ed was with us as an undergraduate at our Twenty-fifth year reunion. We have followed with interest his successful career since. For a long time Ed has been interested in the foreign service of the General Motors. Last year for our report his sister wrote "Edward is working hard during these hectic times with the foreign affairs of the General Motors Export Division. His relaxation is a farm in Lumberville, Pennsylvania, where he builds barns and raises hens and cows and wheat. He is really rural."

In early September Bard made a vacation trip to some of his old haunts and old friends in New Hampshire and Vermont. While at Newbury, Vermont, he went across the river and had a pleasant hour with Dow Ferguson has made three business trips to Berlin, N. H., since June. On the last one he covered a considerable part of the State of Maine and visited the eastern portions of N. H.

The class has had two deaths in the recent weeks. C. D. Hazen died September 18, and A. E. Kingsbury October 4. See the necrology section, either this month or next, for further comment.
