NON-FRATERNITY MEN EXCEL IN SCHOLARSHIP

The scholastic average of the non-fraternity men of the three upper classes last year exceeded that of the fraternity men, the respective ratings being 2.296 and 2.195. In the averages published recently the total scholastic rating included that of the class of 1929. This gave no relative comparison between the two groups in the College, as none of last year's freshmen were fraternity members.

The averages for the sertior, junior and sophomore classes for 1925-1926 were: NonClass Fraternity Fraternity 1926 2.536 ~ 2.708 1927 2.245 2.351 1928 1.855 2.004 Average 2.195 2.296 The average of the class of 1929 was 1.927.
