Royal Parkinson was married on September 11, 1927, in Fitchburg, Mass., to Mrs. Ida L. Still of Fitchburg, formerly dean of women at the State Normal School there.

The class has this year contributed $2500 to the Alumni Fund. There were 89 contributions out of 126 living graduates, or 71 per cent. Our quota was $2914, so we have given 86 per cent of the quota.

Henry Thrall is a member of the committee of the Alumni Council on alumni projects.

The death of "Harmony" Morse on June S and the death of "Tute" Worthen on September 21 reduces still further the list of the survivors of the faculty of our day.

George Proctor's boy, who bears the same name, has entered Dartmouth this fall, and so has Joseph M. Clough, Bill Clough's elder son. There are probably other sons and daughters of the class entering college this fall, and their fathers and mothers are hereby requested to notify the Secretary.

Rufus Day's new address is 20 Oriole Ave., Bronxville, N. Y.

Fred Chase has been appointed on the committee of the Secretaries Association for the increase of subscriptions to the ALUMNI MAGAZINE, of which Alvaro M. Garcia of New York, secretary of the class of 1912, is chairman.

Edwin Newdick is now with the Irving Fisher Organization in New Haven, Conn., one of the largest statistical bureaus in the country. Newdick retired in August from the position which he has held for the last three and one-half years as chairman and neutral member of the Haverhill (Mass.) Shoe Board.
