CLASS OF 1886

James W. Newton and Mrs. Mary Chase Swett Browne were married at Beverly Hills, Chicago, on May 7, 1927. Mr. and Mrs. Newton will reside at 1519 Beacon St., Brookline, Mass.

Miss Katharine Campbell, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R. C. Campbell of Denver and a recent graduate of Wellesley College, was married on May 19 to Mr. Stuart Salisbury Smith, also of Denver. Mr. and Mrs. Smith will reside in their home city.

William M. Hatch was elected a member of the Arlington school board at the town meeting in March for a term of three years. Mr. Hatch was accompanied by his two daughters, Mrs. John Kennedy McCormick of Longmeadow, Mass., and Mrs. Clift Rogers Richards of Thompsonville, Conn., on his annual business trip to Porto Rico in April. Miss Mildred R. Green of Arlington, a classmate at Smith College, was one of the party.
