I am indebted to Doty for much of the material used in the sketch of Bernstein's life, which will be found on another page. Doty sent me a newspaper cutting which Miss Rose Bernstein, Nat's sister, sent him, and added information of his own.
The Dartmouth-Harvard game did not bring together as many '92 men as usual in the '92 seats. Charlie and Mrs. Lamprey, Bert and Mrs. Holland, Phil Ide and his son, Mrs. Strong and I, were the whole delegation. Gaf and Mrs. Salinger were in the same section, however. The passing of the years seems to have developed our philosophical outlook on life, so that even a defeat by Harvard did not seriously depress any of the crowd.
