FEBRUARY 1930 George H. Fletcher

William Plumer Fowler's classmates will be pleased to note that his daughter and youngest child, Miss Katharine Stevens Fowler, was announced by her elder brother, William Plumer Fowler, Jr., Dartmouth 1921, of Little Boar's Head, N. H., to have been married recently in London, England, to Mr. James Watson Lunn of Edinburgh, Scotland.

Mrs. Lunn graduated from the Winsor School in Boston in 1921, and from Bryn Mawr in 1925. Later she studied at Wisconsin University, and then at Columbia, where she completed the requirements for the degree of Ph.D. in geology, an honor which is to be conferred upon her next June.

Her husband was graduated from Edinburgh University, receiving his degree of Ph.D. in geology. He is now geologist officer to Northern Rhodesia for the British government, engaged in determining the boundary between Northern Rhodesia and the Belgian Congo.

Mr. and Mrs. Lunn plan to come to the United States before taking up their permanent residence in Africa.
