Henry Hall Hanson is vice-president and comptroller of the International Railways of Central America, the great and prosperous system which operates in Guatemala and San Salvador. With over eight hundred miles of trackage in these two countries it transports vast quantities of native products, mostly coffee and bananas, which find their markets in the United States. A recent report of the International Railways shows an investment of over $80,000,000.

"Harry" is characteristically modest in regard to his own share in this development. He has been associated with the enterprise from its early days.
