Henry W. Thurston served on the five- member Citizens' Investigating Committee of Montclair, N. J., which recently completed a four-months municipal survey. Its services were without expense to the town, and its exhaustive report and recommendations disclose a painstaking performance of duty. "Henri's" handiwork therein is apparent to one familiar with his devotion to whatever he undertakes. The report has been received with public approval and editorial commendation.
