Around New York sectional associations are gaining in popularity. Two of them have had annual dinners all their own. JIM CHILCOTT and GEORGE WINTER were present at that of the Dartmouth Club of Northern New Jersey. The Westchester Association had its dinner at Bronxville. AL HAAS, GEORGE SACKETT, and PAUL KAY were there. This is the first time we have had any news of Paul for a long time. Al says he has put on so much weight he had difficulty in recognizing him.
CHARLIE MCGOUGHRAN, JIM CHILCOTT, DICK CHARLOCK, JACK MAYER, LLOYD SMITH, CARL NEWTON, and PREXY BAKETEL attended a luncheon for President Hopkins sponsored by the do'wntown New York group. Sherry reports that there may have been others among the two-hundredodd Dartmouth men who were there.
There are but two more issues of the MAGAZINE this year. The sum total of twenty items in the last four issues would fill about two good columns. Give the Secretary a break. Write a letter about yourself and classmates you have seen.
