AT ITS FIRST fall meeting, on October 9, the Club got off to a good start with twenty men present, including three new members: McNeal '35, Lathrop '28, and Kidder '10 who is teaching at McDonogh School. After a very good dinner there was an informal discussion of plans for the coming year. The time for our regular meetings was changed from the first to the second Wednesday of each month. The cup annually awarded by the Club to the champion of the Maryland Interscholastic Hockey League was won last winter for the third consecutive time by Tome School at Port Deposit and became the property of that school. The question of offering a new trophy was postponed for later consideration. Our expert authority on athletics, Bill Grant '19, when called on for his views on Dartmouth football prospects, was inclined to be rather optimistic. The Yale game has now fully justified him.

At our November meeting an Italian prince is to talk on the Italo-Ethiopian situation, from his country's point of view.
