S. W. Robertson writes from Santa Barbara, Calif., that the winter is wonderful, with plenty of rain, and green grass everywhere. Plenty of politics, and all looking for a real program. His son Alfred, formerly of Dartmouth '11, was elected to the state assembly by 1000 majority. Party lines were disregarded, so he becomes a representative of the district rather than of one of the parties. Sam had difficulty in trying to recognize his classmates in the 50th reunion photographs.
