A typically Dartmouth profession is that followed by Bill Kempf '35, who is paid to wander around from bar to bar, drinking beer and engaging bartenders in conversation. Bill is employed by the now desperate bottle manufacturers, and is supposed to find out what barkeeps think of the bottle vs. can controversy.

He says that it would be a good job if he liked beer, but as he has never touched any- thing stronger than mild lemon pop all his life, he finds the work a definite hardship. Expressions of sympathy may be sent through this column, but please do not enclose any mild lemon pop. We like lime better.
