A PLEASANT feature of the holiday season in Manchester is the Saturday-noon-after-Christmas luncheon at which the undergraduates are guests of the alumni. On Dec. 28, at the Rice-Varick Hotel, there was the biggest turnout ever for this occasion, 21 undergraduates, 38 alumni, and 6 Manchester boys who will enter Dartmouth next fall. Dr. Ben Sanborn '08, President of the Association, presided over the festivities, which included reports on current Hanover activities as related by half a dozen of the students present.

BIG GREEN BOWLERS

Organized by the initiative and enthusiasm of Ward Thompson '31, the Manchester Alumni Bowling League is in full swing. There are 6 teams of 5 men each, captained by the following: Dr. Fred Scribner '06, Hubie McDonough '18, Randy Childs 'si, Ken Graf '28, Bill Phinney '31, and Bob Buckley '34. Matches are rolled every Tuesday evening at 8 o'clock, Queen City Alleys. Newcomers are welcome any time and invited to join the league.
