Doug and Mrs. VanderHoof were in Hanover for the Winter Carnival, with their niece, Miss Marie Elizabeth Marstellar, whose brother is a member of the junior class, and they all report a most enjoyable time. On their way to Bermuda, they stopped off in New York, and Gille arranged an impromptu luncheon for Van, and he and Bunker and Joe Raphael, Frank Cudworth, and Warren Rugg were there to greet him.
Ted Hunter has been active in ski competition this winter, as a member of the Dartmouth Varsity Ski Team, and he also designed one of the posters used for the recent carnival. At a meeting of the Intercollegiate Ski Union, held at St. Margaret's, Quebec, Ted was elected president of the Union. He has also been elected to membership in the Dragon senior society.
Ned and Gertrude Warren are settled in their new home on Orford Street, Orford, N. H., and are enjoying the delights of a winter in the country. The Secretary recently enjoyed lunch with them and can attest to their genuine hospitality.
Charlie Whelan has been enjoying the delights of Miami the past month, and Johnnie Ward reports a successful trip to Florida. Ed and Edna Hunter sailed for Bermuda the last of February.
