Two HUNDRED and fifty members of our association and their friends enjoyed an excellent performance of the stage play "I Want a Policeman" on Nov. 1 at the Pittsburgh Playhouse, a group directed successfully for the past two years by Fred Burleigh '2B. Proceeds of the evening's entertainment will be forwarded to the college as our third annual contribution to the scholarship fund. John Gearhart '26, chairman, takes this opportunity to thank the local alumni for their fine support. Incidentally, the complimentary remarks of our guests suggests this should be a once-a-year affair.
Dartmouth Night, Nov. 15, will be celebrated this year by an open party for wives and friends at the University Club. Sun Valley skiing pictures and Chuck Brown's ('35) summer picnic movies will be shown, and followed by a buffet supper. Joe Egolf '24 will hold forth at the piano for the Dartmouth songs.
To complete the busy month of alumni activities, the Cornell Club, as host, has invited us to join them in "listening in" on Nov. 18 to the standout game of the East from Hanover.
Charlie McAllister '3l, erstwhile class secretary and congenial Phoenix Mutual man, dropped back in Pittsburgh last week for a two months' business call in the Pittsburgh Area.
