Twenty-five Classmates and guests assembled at the University Club after the Dartmouth-Harvard Game to celebrate the victory and enjoy another Family Dinner which has proved so popular for the last few years. Although several of the local members were unavoidably absent the number present was about the average.

Warren came on from Washington bringing Helen and Mr. and Mrs. Peck. Walter Eastman who had not been present at a regular class function for more than ten years announced his retirement from railroad work and told us how it feels to be retired.

Forty-nine members replied to the no tice, sending greetings and regrets including Ford from Florida, Kimball from California, and Wardle from Canada.

The after-dinner program was most informal, remarks being made by Donahue, Hoban, Kendall, Parker & Wiggin. The opinion was general that a class gathering added much to the attraction of even a Dartmouth-Harvard Game. Mrs. Allen rendered piano selections with her customary excellence and added much to the occasion. The party broke up about 10:30 P.M. but several remained till a late hour.

Those present were Messrs. Allen, Barney, Clark, Morton, Wheeler, Dearborn, Donahue, Eastman, Edward R. Hawkes, Hoban, Kendall, Kennedy, Lynnh, Parker, Peck, Storrs, Wiggin, Mrs. Allen, Mrs. Eastman, Mrs. Hoban, Mrs. Kendall, Mrs. Kennedy, Mrs. Parker, Miss Lydia Rogers.

We note with sorrow the death of David Kaine Cook '42 of Dover, N. H., of poliomyelitis at Dick's House October 13th, whom we remember as the young man Luce Varney brought to our 40th reunion.

Bill Wason who has been with Roebling & Sons at Chicago for the last ten years reports that he has retired and returned to his old home. His present address is 2430 Alston Drive, S. E. Atlanta, Ga.
