SINCE THE LAST meeting of the Dartmouth Club of Central Pennsylvania the action which we hoped for has begun to take form. The appointment of Directors in the various communities repre- sented in the club has brought results and promises of many more. A letter from Sidney Milnor in Williamsport has brought a list of names of Dartmouth men in his community who were not formerly on our list, and have automatically become a part of our club roster. More men from these various districts have promised similar cooperation.

On Friday evening, March 1, a dinner meeting will be held at which time Ross McKenney will be our speaker. Mr. Mc- Kenney is well known to Dartmouth men as an Outing Club Guide and his ability as a speaker is recognized to the extent that a full turn-out of the club membership with guests is expected. The committee in charge of the dinner is composed of Dick Spong, Frank Davenport, Dan Taggert, Ed Elsenhans and George Ross Hull Jr.

A very fine honor has been accorded Bill Page '06, for his very fine work in Boy Scout work in the Harrisburg Area Council. Bill has spent 20 years of his life in scouting and a few days ago was awarded a Silver Beaver in recognition of his very fine and faithful work. This is one of the highest awards given by the National Council of Boys Scouts and has been received by very few men throughout the United States. He is at present the Vice President of the Harrisburg Area Council. We are very proud for Bill for this fine recognition. We offer our sincere congratulations and hope that he will have 20 more years of service to give this very worthy work. We need many more like him.
