THE DARTMOUTH CLUB of Central Ohio feels very fortunate to have had the opportunity to meet Dean Bill and to hear his interesting discussion of new educational policies and problems.
Forty-three members, prospective students, and high school principals met at the dinner on Wednesday, February 28, to honor Dean Bill. It was a gala occasion, and did much to strengthen the loyalty and enthusiasm of the alumni.
Although bad weather caused several cancellations, William Osborn '16 drove down from Mansfield and Ed Williams '35 came over from Newark. Two new members were welcomed: Wilson Hays '31, and Thomas Wheeler '27.
Harold Burtt '11 and Albert Chandler 'OB held a luncheon for Dean Bill at the Faculty Club of the Ohio State University.
Many thanks to the officers—Harlan Wilson '15. Alpheus English '15, William Brown '33 and the committee comprised of Searles Morton '17, Ken Sater '21, Derrol Johnson '25, Russ Webster '26, Bob McClure '29, John Martin '31, and Rowland Wilson '34.
The club is looking forward to another visit from a representative of the College. May it be soon!
