Nudist Challenge

WE HAVE RECEIVED a copy of The Nudist ("Sunshine & Health"), first class mail, from Detroit. The following note, with no signature, is attached to the magazine's cover:

"Sid: If you haven't already seen this,turn to page 18. Maybe some of the boyswould like to accept the challenge."

Page 18 reveals a full page picture of a couple of very young nudes wearing only shoe skates. The caption is: "Years ago Vermont Academy boys, carrying their winter sports to Dartmouth, introduced their sports to American college life. Is Sunshine Acres inaugurating a new activity in this field? Dartmouth, we challenge you!"

Some of the other pages of The Nudist are more challenging than this idea of clothing the Outing Club representatives only in skis and ski boots. Meanwhile we thank our anonymous benefactor and offer to exchange copies of the ALUMNI MAGAZINE for his publication.
