A very interesting letter from Mrs. Goss recalls, among other things, The Dartmouth Dramatic Club- of our senior year, of which Charles Goss was president. Reference to the '95 Aegis shows a picture of the Club in "The Rivals." We remember the production well because The Dartmouth Orchestra participated and of the eight making up The Dartmouth Orchestra, four were of '93, namely Hawley, Cox, Harley, and Aborn, also the cast as "Lydia" was by "Zac" Chandler.
Mrs. Farnsworth was brought by Mrs. Blood to call on our secretary-emeritus one day in February and almost a column in the Concord (N. H.) Monitor was devoted to it. In other words—the Governor's wife with Bette Davis called to see "Skid" and "Granite Chips" reported an inter- esting interview.
Another caller on "Skid" was President Ernest Martin Hopkins of, guess what College?

Syracuse University has issued pam- phlets of Latin poems translated into Eng- lish verse by Dr. Perley Oakland Place.
Translated titles are—"Cupid Compels the Poet to Obey," "Every Lover is a Sol- dier," "The Poet and his Imaginary Sweet- heart in a Theatre," "A Love-Idyl of the Roman Poet:" Both the original Latin and the translated versions are delightful read- ing.
Last reports indicated that Billy Mann was better and has or will soon leave the hospital.
"75 Years in Town Office—yet he is only 70 years old." This is the heading of an article over Dr. Frank T. Woodbury's picture in the Wakefield (Mass.) Daily Item. The article explains this seemingly impossibility by stating that "Woody" has served 42 years continuously as trustee of Beebe Town Library and 33 years as Town Selectman and Tree Warden.
