WITH PUBLICATION OF a special issue of The Dartmouth the objectives and needs of the Alumni Fund in this first year of war have been made known to all Dartmouth men. The potentialities of the Fund are vast. It is the College's most indestructible asset. Meetings of class agents in Boston, New York, and Chicago last month revealed this corps of front line Dartmouth workers as optimistic in regard to the achievement of this year's campaign when the final gifts are received late in June, and as determined to lead their classes to new records at a time when support of the College is a need of unprecedented proportions. A beginning has already been made in the 1942 campaign and the participation of every Dartmouth man is essential to success in the next few weeks.
