Historians Meet

THE FIRST annual Conference of Northern New England Historians was held at Dartmouth on October 19, with faculty members attending from Bennington, Bowdoin, Colby, Middlebury, New Hampshire, Norwich, Vermont and Colby Junior College. Two round tables were held and President Dickey addressed the group informally after playing host to them at a buffet supper. Prof. John G. Gazley of Dartmouth organized the conference and served as chairman.
