Al Bryant was up from Needham to Hanover about the same time that Phil Robertson and his new bride were over from Franconia and at the same time Dave Samson, now an assistant buyer for R. H. Bob Crawford has just been appointed Manager of the Automobile and Inland Marine Departments of the Glens Falls and Commerce Insurance Companies. Bob has been with Glens Falls and Commerce since graduation. After a preliminary training in the Underwriting Department, he was appointed Special Agent for the central New York territory in January 1940 and two years later was transferred to the Newark office. Upon his separation from the Armed Services in late '45, he was reassigned to his New Jersey field, where he has remained until his present promotion.

He is continuing to live at the Moors in Falmouth, which makes it quite a distance from home to work and back.

Bibs Bankart has sent along a picture taken of himself while visiting the French Riviera on a rest cure (see cut). Bibs is standing beside a plaque that explains Edward Tuck's association in the restoration of a Caesar built edifice very near to Monte Carlo. He is still pounding away on the U. S. highways peddling wool for the Chas. J. Webb Sons Company, travelling as far as Utica, New York, and south through Rhode Island and Connecticut. Bibs confirms that business is very good and that his family is thriving. His oldest boy, Dick, is now four, the youngest, William, is fourteen months old, and with two of them Bibs is kept pretty busy.
