We learn that a daughter, Anne, was born to Mack Burke and his wife, Patricia, in the middle of the summer. Mack has been out of the Navy for a year and is working in New York City. He is with Joshua B. Powers Inc., International Publishers' Representatives. Al Bryant was up from Needham to Hanover about the same time that Phil Robertson and his new bride were over from Franconia and at the same time Dave Samson, now an assistant buyer for R. H. Macy, and his wife also showed up at the Hanover Inn Announcement was made in a recent issue of the New York Herald Tribune of the marriage of Vinnie Turecanio to Beall Baldwin of New York City and the University of Georgia

Bob Crawford has just been appointed Manager of the Automobile and Inland Marine Departments of the Glens Falls and Commerce Insurance Companies. Bob has been with Glens Falls and Commerce since graduation. After a preliminary training in the Underwriting Department, he was appointed Special Agent for the central New York territory in January 1940 and two years later was transferred to the Newark office. Upon his separation from the Armed Services in late '45, he was reassigned to his New Jersey field, where he has remained until his present promotion.

We are not sure of this, but according to one letter received, Don has a fairly good job in the bank's legal department Bob Hahn is located with Talbot, Bird & Company in New York City as an Insurance Underwriter. .... Morg McGuire is another one of the Class's lawyers. He is with his own firm in New London, Conn, in the firm of Hull, McGuire & Hull, located at 240 State St.

....Jim Murdoch is back with the Pheonix Mutual Life Insurance as a salesman in Hamilton, New York We have heard that Warren Hund has formed his own firm, Rose & Hund, in New York City, but we are in the dark as to the details of the business CarlNoyes has taken a job with the George F. Wagner Company in New York City, and is breaking in in the food business, if we are not mistaken Ed Temple has now left National Fire Works and is with his own business, Temple & Crane, Inc. at 80 Federal Street in Boston. He is continuing to live at the Moors in Falmouth, which makes it quite a distance from home to work and back.

Capt. John Ohlinger was at Westover Field for a while and managed to get in a flying trip to Hanover about the same time that MortBerkowitz and his wife were there No one in the Class located in New York City should have to hunt very hard for legal talent, because another Class attorney, Jerry Golenbock, has opened up his own office at 885 Broadway.

....Burke Welldon has settled as a research chemist for the Hercules Powder Company at their experimental station in Wilmington, Del Dick Watson is in Hanover at. the present time, and the good Doctor reports that life is pleasant Jack Schilling is a surgeon in Rochester, New York, at present located at 260 Crittenden Blvd.....Al Sutter has chosen to remain in the Marines. The Lieutenant Colonel is attached to Headquarters in Washington, D. C Bob Ross is concentrating on sweetening things up as a methods engineer for New England Confectionery Company in Cambridge.

Bibs Bankart has sent along a picture taken of himself while visiting the French Riviera on a rest cure (see cut). Bibs is standing beside a plaque that explains Edward Tuck's association in the restoration of a Caesar built edifice very near to Monte Carlo. He is still pounding away on the U. S. highways peddling wool for the Chas. J. Webb Sons Company, travelling as far as Utica, New York, and south through Rhode Island and Connecticut. Bibs confirms that business is very good and that his family is thriving. His oldest boy, Dick, is now four, the youngest, William, is fourteen months old, and with two of them Bibs is kept pretty busy.
