AWARD of the Charles O. Miller Jr. Fellowship for graduate study during 1946-47 to John William Reps '43 was announced here last month. Reps intends to carry on his study in city and regional planning at Cornell University, where he is at present a graduate student, and at the University of Chicago.

Reps, a native of Springfield, Missouri, and a graduate of Springfield High School in 1939, was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, was named a Senior Fellow, and majored in regional planning while at Dartmouth. He was also a member of Green Key, the Interdormitory Council, and won both his numerals and varsity D in swimming.

At present a graduate student in the Cornell School of Architecture, Department of City and Regional Planning, Reps plans to enter upon the duties of the fellowship with the beginning of the spring term there. He is the author of New Plansfor Old Towns.
