THE DARTMOUTH CLUE of Berkshire County met May 1 at Williams Inn, Williamstown, Mass. Father Treadway '08 and son John '39 were our gracious hosts, Judge F. Anthony Hanlon '22, President of the Club, presided as Toastmaster. "Whoops" Snively, former assistant football coach at Dartmouth and now coach at Williams College, was a guest speaker. He spoke in the highest praise of Tuss McLaughry. Judge Hanlon refused a fourth term and was succeeded by Robert Newman '34 as President, John Treadway '39, Vice President, and Harry B. Johnson 'O4, Secretary. Newcomers to the Berkshires were called upon for a nod: George E. Brooks '22 0£ North Adams Teachers College, Dr. D. P. Curtis '23 who has hung out his shingle at Williamstown, and S. Kingsley Nickerson '29, the newly elected President of the Pittsfield National Bank at Pittsfield. One enthusiastic alumnus voted unanimously by himself to underwrite the Hopkins Memorial Building Fund and the Alumni Fund. The club agreed he might do so. Present and voting were:—
