OUR MONDAY noon luncheons, while continuing at the Astor Hotel in Milwaukee, have moved into a new dining room. We had no choice; they figured it would be better for us—the new room is nice, but we pay ten cents per meal more in this location, so if you want atmosphere you've got to pay for it. There is no name for this room as yet, and when there is, it won't make the food taste any better. We hope that the traffic becomes better organized, and we're glad that most of the waiters are slender, because yours truly would have a tough time maneuvering between tables, unless I wore off my excess poundage in the process. Why don't they install overhead conveyors in some of these dining rooms (and night clubs) that keep on squeezing in more and more tables and less food on top of them! All in all though, it's a good place to eat—especially Monday noons with the Dartmouth gang.

Those who attended last Monday, Oct. 6, were Steve Stotzer '36, Frank Frey '38, FritzMeyer '33, "Gerry" Hayssen '42, Don Gates '42, Bill Minehan '31, Bob Niss '40, "Skip"French '38, Seward Stroud '36, and VaughnBerry '24 (my gosh, I was the grandpa of the crowd).

Next Monday, Oct. 13, we're celebrating a belated Dartmouth Night. Then, too, it will be a year that we've met every week—without an interruption.
